  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options that deliver within 2-4 business days.

  • Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging to ensure your privacy. The contents of the package will not be visible, and there will be no mention of "Hidden Spark" on the package.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (see our Promotions section for current offers).

4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer shipping to select countries outside of the U.S. International shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Hidden Spark.

  • International shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.

If your package is missing or you suspect it has been stolen, please contact the carrier directly. If needed, we can assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.

  • Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. Hidden Spark is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
