Return Policy – Hidden Sparks

At Hidden Spark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please read our return policy below for more information:

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. For hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hiddenspark.office@gmail.com with the following information:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue (e.g., defective or damaged item)

    • Photos of the defective or damaged product (if applicable)

  • Once we receive your request, our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please make sure the item is securely packaged before shipping it back to us.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Hidden Spark only in cases of defective or damaged products. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same return process and contact us at hiddenspark.office@gmail.com. We will assist you with the exchange and any price adjustments if applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  •  For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

    • Vibrators, dildos, and any other intimate products that have been opened or used.

    • Products that are not defective or damaged.

    • Sale items or items marked as "final sale."

7. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • If you cancel your order before it ships, a full refund will be issued. Once your order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy as outlined above.
